I am not a data guru.

On my old website I tracked everything. From Signups, account deletion, email change to every single button click. Thats a lot of data, it was so easy to create retention graphs and beautefull diagrams for me to now what to exacty fix, to get the retention up!

It wasnt, really.

I had all this data, and maybe I got the setup for some diagrams right, but I had no idea what to change. And AI couldnt give me solid recommendations, cause it only saw my data but not my code and just needed to guess how my product was build.

Till now the retention never got better.
